Do I need hands-on training to operate a juice and smoothie bar?
Absolutely not – Our popular Real-World Business Start-up Packages provide everything you will need to start a store. Our concepts are easy to operate and our goal is to get you in to business economically and save your money for more important things, like equipment.
What kind of computer do I need to run your software?
Elite and Bundle packages require an IBM compatible computer and Microsoft Windows 95 or higher. The Lite Biz (Le) package requires Windows XP, 2000 SP3.
What is the difference between the Elite and LiteBiz (Le) products?
In addition to a CD, Elite products include a Start-up Operations Manual and Consulting Support. Selected Elite products also include The Juice and Smoothie Bar Industry Analysis market report on the CD. The LitBiz (Le) product includes business plan software, CD and Start-up Operations Manual. There is no consulting support.
Is your business a franchise?
No, we are not a franchise. Our goal is to provide solid business opportunities, at an affordable price, so that people can obtain the needed expertise to pursue their own business dreams. It's their business, and our goal is to save them money up front.
Are you a consulting company?
We've been in the juice and smoothie business since 1992. We have vast experience in consulting and our knowledgebase has been transferred into our software products so that you can economically start your own business. Our popular Real-World start-up packages include consulting support.
We also develop consulting program plans for customers who have additional needs after they have purchased one of our Real-World Start-up Packages. With most clients, we answer a few questions and they go and open a store. However, if you have the need we can set up a specific program plan to meed your needs. We can even build your store.

Yes, each of our business plan products and start-up packages have a complete equipment list and costing information.
Do you offer any other support other than is what is offered in your software start-up packages?
Yes, we offer additional support and can fit a program plan for your additional needs.
Do you provide vendor and supplier lists?
Yes, each business plan and business start-up package contains a complete vendor and supplier listing. As part of our start-up package, customers can request suppliers in their specific area via the included email and phone support.
Do you provide recipes and information about vitamin supplements?
Yes, we have developed recipes for our opportunities. For example, The Smoothie Cookbook Professional contains information about vitamin supplements.
Do your products contain information regarding permits and license requirements?
Yes, each start-up package details what is required in regards to permits and licenses.
