What's on the menu of this new Costa Mesa, California
location? - The menu at this little café is small
and to the point. Yogurt is the specialty, with many
add-on flavors and toppings to choose from. It also
sells fruit juice smoothies and a few snacks. Start
with plain frozen yogurt and flavor it with toppings.
The choices of toppings are seemingly endless, with
Oreo pieces, sprinkles and fresh fruit, such as kiwi
and strawberries, among the favorites.

recent years, but food manufacturers need to take a
step back and use the ingredients with caution if they
are to continue reaping the benefits, says Datamonitor
in a FoodNavigator-USA.com series contributed by market
researchers. As the legitimacy of health claims comes
under closer scrutiny, superfoods risk falling out of
grace as quickly as they appeared.

Federal regulators are continuing legal efforts to block
Whole Foods Market Inc.'s $565 million takeover of rival
